Our Governors lead the strategic direction of our school.

They write a three-year plan which drive the objectives on our yearly School Improvement Plan.

Each year our Leadership Team review the strengths of our school and the areas that need development.  We take feedback from all stakeholders (families, children, staff and Governors) and write an action plan, with key priorities, for the year ahead.
