Songs Around the Campfire: July 2024
Mrs Holland and Mrs Bradley organised a 'Songs Around the Campfire' event for our Year 5 children.
The children delighted us with their Ukulele playing and their singing. They have been working hard to learn so many songs this year.
We then enjoyed Smores on the campfire.
We received some lovely family feedback:
"We had the pleasure of going to Forest School on Wednesday evening to listen to the Ukulele group playing. It was so lovely to sit around a real fire and watch our Grandson and his year group playing so enthusiastically. The music teacher made it all so much fun and you could see all the children loving performing. Then, toasting marshmallows over the fire and eating them squished between chocolate biscuits, amazing. The Forest School Leader organised everything so we all felt safe and importantly the children were safe. We would like to extend our thanks to you and all the staff involved."
